Dr. T. Colin Campbell almost became a household name when he co-authored the national bestseller, The China Study: Startling Implications for Diet, Weight Loss and Long-Term Health. He is considered one of the foremost experts on diet and health.
While at the forefront of nutritional research for more than 40 years, he has written more than 300 research papers. He is a Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University.
The Chinese Institute of Nutritional Sciences is the leading institution in China in charge of policy and research. T. Colin Campbell serves on their research advisory board and was the director of the most comprehensive study on health and nutrition ever conducted. It was called, The China Project.
